• DESIGN & ARTWORK PRICE We will confirm the price for any design and artwork before undertaking any work.
• PROOFING We will send you  digital pdf proofs for checking and approval.
• PAYMENT Full payment is due before undertaking any creative work. We accept Credit/Debit cards & Cash, or you can pay by BACS (full details provided on pro forma invoices).
• DELIVERY Is included in our online prices. We can deliver locally or nationally throughout the UK , OR you can pick up your print from our studio in Chorley.

• Accepted file formats: Pdf, .ai, tifs, eps, jpeg, psd, Indesign, IDML files.
  If files are supplied in word or Powerpoint extra charges may apply.
• SENDING ARTWORK: If you'd like to proceed with an order you can upload your artwork files for us to check.
  Files under 10Mb in size can be emailed as an attachment file to our studio Send Mail ​

Products ordered through our NETTL operation have Guaranteed delivery times. This is a real benefit where your deadline requires a must hit date. These Business Cards have a guaranteed delivery of 8 working days

• Working days: These are defined as Monday to Friday (inclusive). Weekends and English Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.
• Example:
• 8 working day schedule: e.g Order on a Monday, items will be delivered on the Following Thursday.

Available Service Levels for Spot UV Business Cards:

• STANDARD: 8 working days (as priced in our online shop)
• EXPRESS SERVICES: Speed the schedule up to 7, 6 or 5 working days - extra costs will apply.
• For rounded corner business cards add a day to each schedule.

Artwork Cut off times: The latest time for approving artwork is 5:30pm. Artwork approved after this time will move into the next working days schedule.
