The 400gsm silk art board is a decent weight board that feels good to touch and will impress when handled. - PAYMENT Full payment is due before undertaking any creative work. We accept Credit/Debit cards & Cash, or you can pay by BACS (full details provided on pro forma invoices).
- DELIVERY Is included in our online prices. We can deliver locally or nationally throughout the UK , OR you can pick up your print from our studio in Chorley.

- Accepted file formats: Pdf, .ai, tifs, eps, jpeg, psd, Indesign, IDML files. If files are supplied in Word or Powerpoint extra charges may apply.
- SENDING ARTWORK: If you'd like to proceed with an order, upload your artwork files for us to check. Files under 10Mb in size can be emailed as an attachment to our studio Send Mail For larger files above 10Mb use the FREE File transfer system by We Transfer using the contact email: ideas@northstardesign.co.uk
- Working days: These are defined as Monday to Friday (inclusive). Weekends and English Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.
- Examples: 3 working day schedule: Order on a Monday, items will be delivered on the Thursday of that week. Order on a Thursday, items will be delivered on the Tuesday of the next week.
- STANDARD: 3 working days (as priced in the shop page)
- EXPRESS: 2 Working days (20% increase in price will apply)
- S.O.S: 1 Working day (100% increase in price will apply)
- EXTENDED: Up to 6 Working days (5% reduction in price)
- For rounded corner business cards add a day to each schedule.
