Extra thick cards print is now becoming ever more popular with customers wanting something a bit more… heavy!

A 450gsm card now seems as a bit lightweight compared to some  of today’s heavyweights. Instead, customers are looking for printed cards on 600gsm, 650gsm, 750gsm or even over 800gsm card weights.

These Extra thick cards are all possible with the advent of duplex and triplex card printing. To explain: A 600 gsm card is created by printing two 300gsm sheets which are then duplexed together (under pressure) to create a finished 600gsm.   This is where our Extra thick cards print require printed cards that against our Duplex and triplex extra thick cards. As well as being used for a high quality mailers and invitations, you’ll find  extra thick printed products being used  for items like swing tags, business cards, , Our weight busting cards start at 600gsm and now go up to over 800gsm in weight with a triplex version.

  • FINAL PRICE We will confirm the final price with you before we go to print.
  • PROOFING We will send you a digital pdf proofs for approval.
  • PAYMENT Full payment is due before printing. We accept Credit/Debit cards & Cash, or you can pay by BACS (full details provided on pro forma invoices).
  • DELIVERY We can deliver locally or Nationally to the UK, OR you can also pick up your print from our studio in Colne.
    For non-local and national deliveries extra carriage costs may apply.
